List free. The buyer pays Ballast's 5% platform fee, included in the winning bid. Your winning bid is the purchase price. No Ballast premium is added: the 5% platform fee is included in it. Applicable taxes, registration, transport and other third-party costs are additional. © 2026 Ballast Boats. Ballast Boats provides an online auction platform connecting buyers and sellers. The winning bid is the buyer’s total purchase price; Ballast’s platform fee, paid by the buyer, is included in it, and the buyer pays the remaining balance directly to the seller. The vessel purchase agreement is between the buyer and seller. Ballast Boats does not take possession of vessels or collect or hold the remaining balance, and does not provide inspection, transportation, financing, escrow, or title-transfer services. Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing the transaction, including payment of the balance, applicable taxes, lien releases, and transfer of ownership. Use of the platform is subject to our Terms of Use and Auction Terms.
